  i'll share 2 real life stories on this subject.

  !: i knew a chap who was a clergyman--in other words a real life minister of religion ( Not a phoney JW "minister"). Someone from his past went to the police here in the UK--and accused the clergyman of sexual abuse when he was a boy. The police took the case to court--and the minister was found guilty--and went to prison. He is now out--and i bumped into him last year.

  2: years back, i knew a man who was the caretaker of a building i worked in. He and his wife had fostered a number of children over the years. One disturbed child accused the man of molesting her--and the case went to court--he "pleaded" GUILTY and went to prison.

  After he served his time he went back to his care taker job. NOBODY believed he was guilty. I got talking to him--and he told me he was advised by his lawyer to plead guilty to get a shorter sentence. So he did.

  This has bought it home to me--ANY OF US could end up in this same mess.

  The World Today

  i've been meaning to share some recent experiences that defy the usual tropes about the 'world gone to hell' or 'people now days".. as some of you may remember i was seriously ill for a while and had to close my business and shop.

  now, as it seems i have beaten it, i put up a sign again advertising that in a limited way i'm back.. what amazes me is how many times over the past 2 years customers and even competition have written and called to express their concern and best wishes.

  just last week i had a personal visit of someone who i thought of as a rival, come in and shake my hand sincerely happy to see me up and around.

  how do you feel about the use of the name Jehovah now?

  for those who still believe in god and the bible, how do you feel/think about the name jehovah now?

  i am one who never wanted to bring reproach on god's name.

  i will admit using the word jehovah now makes me feel rather icky...like i am promoting a lie of sorts.

  on february 22, 2023, anthony morris iii was officially removed from the governing body of jehovah's witnesses.

  a few months later it was revealed that the watchtower bought him a house in lumberton, north carolina.. however, and correct me if i am wrong, since leaving the gb nobody has reported seeing tony attending jw meetings or participating in field service.

  in fact nobody has reported seeing him anywhere, not even at a local liquor store.

  so there was a time the awake magazine was printed every 15 days but now since jehovah is blessing them so much the magazine is printed once a year, and here you have the 1st edition for the year , which is nothing more than an informatial of how good of a charity they are to their local community.

  so we read in the following box: what we are doing firstly, jehovah’s witnesses promote a balanced, healthy lifestyle.
